This Privacy Policy explains how UTM.io and its affiliates (“us”, “we”, or “our”) use and disclose information that we collect from people who visit our websites, including without limitation utm.io (the “Website”), or who use any of our applications, products, or services (“Services”). Please note that we are a U.S. company with U.S. operations. When you use our Website or Services, your information will be sent to the U.S. The data protection and other laws of the U.S. and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country, and do not provide for an adequate level of data protection based on European Commission standards. In the U.S., there may be no applicable supervisory authority, data processing principles, or data subject rights in respect of your personal data. This subsection applies solely to users of the Website and Services in the EU.
